Returns & Shipping

All Products on the Terra 1912 store are supplied using Printful. Each product is made on-demand and created to order. Thus, production and shipping times may take longer. All of our orders go through a 3-step quality check before we ship them out. However, if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement.

Return Policy

If you notice an issue with the products or anything else on the order, please submit a claim. Please do so at general@terra1912.com.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Once your claim is confirmed, we will provide further instructions on how to return your item.

Terra 1912 only offers refunds for damaged or defective items. Our return policy does not cover buyer’s remorse.

We do not accept size exchanges.

Shipping

We ship internationally! All shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on location and the size of your order.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. Please contact general@terra1912.com

Lost In Transit - If you suspect your order has been lost in transit, please contact us at general@terra1912.com. Please note that we don’t cover refunds due to carrier errors.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;

2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore Printful reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
